Bulls on Thursday returned at the Lahore Stock Exchange as its LSE 25-share index increased 21 point to close at 5,353 points. The trading volumes were lower than those recorded on the last trading day.
Of 13 companies traded during the day the value of five increased, seven decreased while one company was traded at the same value. Trading volume was 68,700 shares, lower than the trading of 155,200 shares recorded on the last trading day.
IGIBL was the volume leader with a turnover of 20,000 shares. MLCF was the major gainer with an increase of Rs2.02/share. Pakistan Oilfields was the top loser with a decline of Rs1.00/share.
