PSCA training session
LAHORE:Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) organised a five-day training session for staff and police communication officers here on Monday.
The purpose of the training was to educate PSCA staff and PCOs about gender-based violence, harassment, stress relief, sexual assault, communication skills and anger management. The training was organised in collaboration with “UNFPA” and “Rozan”. During the training, different sessions are conducted on Psychosocial Support for GBV Survivors, Girls’ and Children Lives Vulnerabilities, Safety Planning for Vulnerabilities, Skills Practice and Mental Health, Ethical Standards, Documentation, and Self-Care. On the last day of the training, MD PSCA Rao Sardar Ali Khan and COO Muhammad Kamran Khan participated in the workshop. On this occasion, Chief Operating Officers of PSCA, Muhammad Kamran Khan, said the purpose of the training was to educate the staff about controlling nerve strain”. The training will be helpful for better performance of the staff.
