CDA to hand over illegal housing societies cases to FIA

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to hand over cases of unapproved and illegal housing societies to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The CDA Chairman, Aamir Ali Ahmed on Monday chaired a meeting which observed strict action should be taken against illegal housing schemes which were also using name of CDA and Islamabad administration to loot people. Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Hamza Shafqaat, Chief Metropolitan Officer of the Municipal Corporation of Islamabad (MCI) and other concerned officials attended the meeting.
