Without jobs
June 14, 2021
This refers to the letter ‘Ghost teachers’ (June 10) by Imran A Sattar. It is true that there are many people who have abandoned their government jobs and are now working in foreign countries. It is also true that a majority of these people continue to receive monthly salaries. It is unfortunate that the higher authorities are silent over this matter and haven’t taken any action against them.
On the other hand, there are so many people who are jobless. It is the responsibility of the government to take strict action against those who are not performing their duties. These jobs should be given to deserving people. The government’s effective steps can help decrease the rate of unemployment in the country.
