There are only two National Savings centres in Dera Ismail Khan – a city of almost three million people. It’s quite difficult and tiring for certificate holders to visit a centre to receive the monthly payment.
These centres are crowded, and people have to wait in long queues for their turns. Also, a majority of helpless certificate holders come from other cities – which are around 30 and 40km away from DI Khan – to withdraw their monthly profits.
In this digitally advanced era, it’s quite easy to transfer monthly profits to customers’ bank accounts. The higher authorities are requested to immediately make arrangements for the timely transfer of monthly profits to customers’ bank accounts and save them from unnecessary stress.
