I am a retired government officer residing in Karachi. I got an all-Pakistan type arms licence for a non-prohibited bore weapon while posted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Now I cannot go to KP especially to get my manual arms licence converted into a computerised one. I, therefore, request the authorities concerned to make arrangements for obtaining a computerised weapons licence in Karachi because there must be many like me facing the same dilemma.
