Book fair at UET

LAHORE
A three–day book fair, organised for the second time in the history of University of Engineering & Technology (UET), started on Wednesday.
UET Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Fazal Ahmad Khalid inaugurated the book fair in which 35 stalls have been set up by book sellers, publishers and 17 different societies of the university. The book fair features thousands of books on variety of topics including engineering, IT, social science and also books on relevant fields of engineering and basic sciences like electronics, mechatronics, biomedical & chemical, nano-technology, Public Health and Management. A large number of faculty members and students from various departments visited UET book fair on the first day and purchased books of their interest. The books are being sold at discounted prices for students and also for faculty members.
