MULTAN: Seventeen people, including three women, sustained injuries when a speeding jeep collided with a van near Chowk Nag Shah on Multan-Shujabad Road on Tuesday.
Some of the injured were identified as Begum Nayar, 32, Muhammad Farooq, 34, Muhammad Imran, 27, Muhammad Muneer, 25, Syed Hassan Ali, 25, Shamim, 45, Shaukat (40), Adeel, 9, Kishwar Sultana, 26, Manzoor, 52, Wahid Bakhsh, 50, Nasim, 45, Adeel Iqbal,45, Wahid Bakhsh, 45. The injured were shifted to the Nishtar Hospital.
LIONESS GIVES BIRTH TO 4 CUBS: An African lioness Tuesday gave birth to four cubs in a Bahadurpur on Multan Bosan road at a personal zoo of a landlord. Landlord Fazal Abbas Mahey himself told about the cubs’ birth. Reportedly, the lioness had already given birth to seventeen cubs since 2011 when she was purchased from Zimbabwe. The name of the lioness is Rani.
