Doctors appointed

PESHAWAR: The government on Wednesday appointed doctors at the Gajju Khan Medical College in Swabi.
An official communiqué issued here said that the appointments were made on ad hoc basis for a period of one year or till the availability of selectees of the Public Service Commission whichever is earlier with immediate effect.
Dr Syed Farhat Abbas, KMC Peshawar, has been recommended for appointment as Professor Anatomy (BS-20), Dr Faseehuz Zaman, Bacha Khan Medical College Mardan, as Professor Forensic Medicine (BS-20), Dr Shafiqur Rehman KMC, Peshawar, as Professor Physiology (BS-20).
Dr Ubaidur Rehman KMC Peshawar as Associate Professor Biochemistry (BS-19), Dr Shagufta Shafi, Bacha Khan Medical College Mardan as Associate Professor Forensic Medicine (BS-20), Dr Mir Attaullah, GKMC, Swabi as Associate Professor Histopathology BS-19.
Dr Sohail Waheed, Category “D” Hospital Agra, Malakand Agency, as Assistant Professor Biochemistry (BS-18, Dr Shafa Haider German International Cooperation as Assistant Professor Community Medicine BS-18, Dr Masauduz Zaman GKMC, Swabi as Assistant Professor Forensic Medicine BS-18, Dr Parkha Rehman KGMC Peshawar as Assistant Professor Histopathology BS-18, Dr Kashifuddin Khattak as Assistant Professor Microbiology BS-18, Dr Iftikhar Adil, GKMC Swabi as Assistant Professor Pharmacology BS-18, Dr Tahira Parveen, KMC Peshawar, as Assistant Professor Pharmacology BS-18 and Hidayatullah Assistant Professor Radiology BS-18.
