Political and religious leaders of all schools of thought should work jointly for religious harmony as the country cannot afford any sectarian fight.
It was stated by speakers at an annual all parties Ittehad Bain-ul-Muslimeen Conference. According to a press release, the conference was organised by Anjuman-e-Fidyan-e-Mustafa (SAW) Pakistan in which speakers including former MNA Tahir Rashid Qureshi, former Punjab Minister Ihsan ud Din Qureshi, MNA Jamshed Dasti, Hafiz Muhammad Akbar Jatoi, Mufti Khursheed Ahmed Siddique, Mustafa Rizvi, Dr Imran Yousaf, Maulana Kokab Norani, etc participated. The speakers agreed that no religious leader should heart the feelings of any Muslim through his speeches and sermons. They said it was the duty of every Muslim to work for maintaining religious harmony and avoid sectarian conflict in the country.
