Islamabad: Headstart School’s F-7/1 Montessori branch organised Eid Millan Party on its premises.
Students along with parents and siblings attended the event in large numbers. The garden was gaily decorated with balloons, buntings and posters, while the weather was pleasant to the enjoyment of participants.
Wearing traditional, colourful clothes, the cheerful children had many attractions -- face painting, ‘mehndi’ and games. Teachers put up ‘Bake Sale’ stalls, where students and visitors had snacks and drinks while enjoying songs played in the background. Dheere Bolo, a publisher of children’s books, held a rendition of poems and stories for little students.
Students along with teachers and parents joined in and sang along with the Dheere Bolo team. The guests mingled with each other and teachers and exchanged thoughts about their children, especially about their education and future.
