The volume 18 of English language newsletter ‘The Hope’ of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has been published.
According to PEF spokesperson, the 24 pages newsletter is published by PEF Communication Department which contained necessary information about the role of different public-private partnership based gratis education programmes for the needy children. The newsletter is published to sensitise the stakeholders as well as highlight the role of the foundation in promotion of education at the grassroots.
Ex-VC dies: Prof Dr Muhammad Rafiq Khan, former Vice-Chancellor, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, died after a protracted illness. Prof Dr Muhammad Rafiq Khan, a renowned Entomologist, served University of Agriculture Faisalabad during 1991-95 as vice-chancellor. He completed his MSc from Punjab Agriculture College ad Research Institute Faisalabad and did PhD from abroad.
