BARA: Five suspected coronavirus patients from the Khyber district had tested negative, said a senior official.
Deputy Commissioner Mahmood Aslam Wazir said all the five cases had been reported negative at the Khyber Medical University Laboratory. He said Sulaiman Khan, son of Noor Gul hails from the Ali Masjid area in the Khyber district but is currently living in Sheen Darang in Bara.
The official said another person identified as Imran Ahmad, son of Sirajuddin 30, from Mardan and currently working and employed at the Jamrud Tehsil Prison, too, had tested negative for the viral disease. He said the third person was Nawaz Ali, son Muhammad Zaman, from Mardan and currently working at the Jamrud Hospital.
“The fourth person is Sitara, wife of Rahmatullah of Shaikhmalkhel area in Landikotal,” he added. The fifth patient, Abu Bakar, son of Rahmatullah from Sheikhmalkhel area Landikotal, has also tested negative for the disease.
