Educational institutions declared quarantine facilities
PESHAWAR: The district administration on Thursday declared educational institutions in Peshawar as coronavirus quarantine facilities.
A notification issued by the administration said the premises declared as Coronavirus Quarantine Facilities are student hostels at Peshawar University campus, including sub-campuses of other universities and educational institutes within these premises, Postgraduate Medical Institute Peshawar, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical Institute and Pakistan Academy for Rural Development. The administration also asked the Capital City Police to ensure deployment across the facility to prevent any unauthorised movement in and out of the premises.
The entry/exit shall be strictly regulated through authority issued either by the district health office, Peshawar, Health Department or district administration.
