DAGGAR: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s Buner chapter on Friday expelled two local activists for harming the party’s interests in the district.
Speaking at a press conference, PTI district organiser Iqbal Khan said that lawyer Mian Naeemuddin and Bakhrad Khan were expelled for creating rift among the elected members and party activists.
He said both were given chance to mend their ways but they continued to misguide the party activists and elected members. “It’s a joint decision of the party activists and elected members to expel these two members from the party for their involvement in anti-party activities,” he added.
To a question about the forward bloc in PTI, Iqbal Khan pointed out that four councillors Inamur Rehman, Said Qaim Shah, Malik Mukhtiar and Sardar Santh Singh were already present in the press conference. “Other members have already submitted their explanation to the party’s provincial head and his decision will be final,” he added.
