GUJRANWALA: CPO Gohar Mushtaq has made a special team to investigate the murder of Luqman who had Rs 1 million head money and had allegedly killed by his rivals during the police custody.
Reportedly, Luqman alias Halaku was wanted in 26 murder, ransom and dacoity cases and arrested from Indonesia by the Interpol about two days ago. He was being brought from Gujranwala to Daska by the local police for investigation when his rivals allegedly shot him dead in police custody.
