Youth dies

LAHORE:A 19-year-old youth was shot dead when the gun of a security guard went off at Mustafa Town on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Hamza. The victim, a factory employee, was sitting along with his friends when the security guard's weapon went off. As a result, Hamza suffered fatal wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The security guard escaped from the scene. Police removed the body to morgue. Meanwhile, a man was shot at and wounded by his opponents in the Nawab Town area. The injured man identified as Yasham Abbas was admitted to a local hospital.
