Criminal forces
Money-making monopolies are powerful forces that buy government representatives through bribes to rig the system such that they can increase their profits. The recent example of the flour crisis created in a country that is the world's eighth largest wheat producer shows the power of these monopolies. Though the PTI government had been able to stop the wheat mafia in the past; the recent shortage shows just how relentless they are.
To overcome these systematic criminals tougher punishments have to be enforced and the CCP should be directed to find and eliminate such illegal monopolies. Furthermore, the CCP should also have a mechanism to receive complaints from the public and a media wing that can increase awareness about the methods used by criminal monopolies among the masses.
