Infant dies, seven injured in fog-related accidents

LAHORE: A one-year-old child died and seven other people, including two women, suffered injuries when two cars hit barriers due to thick fog on Kala Khatai Road New Motorway Bridge on Friday. The infant has been identified as son of Irfan. Rescuers rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to hospital. The injured have been identified as Irfan, 31, Saeed, 24, Mehboob, 35, Ahmad Raza, 45, Beenish, 26, Saher, 30, and Haseeb, 25.
