Labour Federation condemns removal of 300 employees

Islamabad : President of the National Labour Federation (NLF) Shamsur Rehman Swati has strongly condemned forced retirement of 300 employees of state-run television.
In a statement on Tuesday, the NLF president said not only that employees are being retired at age of 58 but the rerirees are not being paid monthly pensions. He regretted that 300 employees were sent on forced retirement without issuing them any notices. He demanded of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the government to take notice of the situation and do justice with employees. "The NLF will stand with employees in difficult time," he said.
