KARACHI: Central Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were declared joint-winners of the PCB-Pepsi Under-16 one-day tournament after the final was washed out without a ball being bowled at the Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad on Friday.
Sindh’s Saad Baig with 206 runs was named the best batsman of the tournament. Best Bowler of the Tournament award went to Northern’s Mohammad Ibrahim, who picked 14 wickets.
Faizullah of Balochistan received Best All-rounder of the Tournament award. Best wicketkeeper of the Tournament award went to Afzaal Manzoor of Central Punjab, who claimed 11 dismissals behind the wicket. Basit Ali of Balochistan with six catches was adjudged the best fielder of the tournament.
