LAHORE The performance of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) remained exemplary during the last 15 months as it solved 1,495 complaints retrieving 192 acres of land worth Rs5 billion from illegal occupants.
It was discussed in a meeting held to review the progress of OPC. The meeting chaired by OPC Commissioner Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari was attended by directors and deputy directors of the commission.
The OPC commissioner said resolution of 1,495 complaints and the retrieval of property worth billions in a year and a half was an example of tremendous performance of OPC. “We shall continue to strive to resolve more cases of the Pakistani expatriates in future as well,” he added.
