PESHAWAR: In light of the directives of provincial government, all district administration and administrative departments have under the anti-corruption policy started the process of transfer of those government employees who have served for more than two years on a post.
An official communique said, a total of 817 employees have been transferred till now, out of which 129 employees have been transferred
from Peshawar, while 91 from Bannu, 82 from Swabi, 59 from Swat, 55 from Lakki Marwat, 55 from Karak, 39 from Haripur, 24 from Kohat, 21 from Mansehra, 19 from Battagram, 18 from Lower Dir, 16 from North Waziristan, 15 from Abbottabad, 14 from Charsadda, 12 from Tank, 11 from Hangu, 10 from Nowshera, nine from Shangla, nine from Buner, nine from Upper Kohistan, eight from Mardan, four from Upper Dir, four from Malakand, two from Mohmand, one from Kurram, one from Chitral, one from Khyber, one from Orakzai and one employee has been transferred from Kolai Palis.
Likewise, 62 officials of Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department and 35 officials of Revenue Department have been transferred.
