British tycoon to address AdAsia in Lahore
KARACHI: Sir Martin Sorrell will be a key note speaker at AdAsia 2019. AdAsia, the 31st Asian Advertising Congress being held at Lahore from December 2-5, 2019.
Sir Martin is a British entrepreneur who is globally recognised as the foremost leader in advertising and marketing communications industry. He was the founder of the WPP Group, the world’s largest advertising group that owns GroupM, J Walter Thompson, Ogilvy, Grey and Y&R. He was the longest serving Chief Executive of any FTSE100 company in the UK.
In 2018, on his retirement from WPP, Sorrell founded S4 Capital, a digital advertising and marketing services company. The mission of the company is to build a purely digital advertising and marketing services business by integrating leading businesses in digital content, digital media planning and buying, with a focus on ‘faster, better, cheaper’ executions.
For his services, he was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours.
