Uplift works in Journalist Colony’s F Block approved

LAHORE:Provincial Minister for Population Welfare Col (r) Hashim Dogar on Wednesday chaired a meeting of Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation Board of Governors.

The meeting was attended by Provincial Minister for Information and Culture Mian Aslam Iqbal, information and culture secretary, MPAs Nazir Ahmed Chohan, Uzma Kardar and Manan Khan, and Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation Managing Director Arshid Saeed and other officers concerned. Information Secretary Raja Jahangir Anwar briefed the meeting about the important affairs relating to the F Block of the journalist colony as well as Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation. The board members approved development works in F Block. The responsibility of the development affairs has been given to LDA and other issues of F Block of the journalist colony also came under discussion. The BoG stressed that no compromise would be made on the quality and standard of development works.
