Unfortunately, we have pessimistic accounts of several public-sector organizations where every possible effort is being made by persons placed in authority positions to demean, disgrace, disrepute and discredit sincere officers and staff members. Regular officers and staff members are treated as children of a lesser god. A few persons with administrative authority have turned these public-sector organizations into concentration camps. In a few ill-fated organizations at the federal level, organizational culture has been irreparably vitiated. The resources of the organizations are regarded as 'spoils of war', where everyone in authority is trying their utmost to make money and unfairly spend organizational resources.
One thing is clear: strong organizational culture and team building are powerful talent incentives. They can win access to the best talent in the organizations and be the glue that retains employees in organizational unity, but unfortunately, a few persons make all humanly possible efforts to divide organization employees. Inequality and discrimination are at the core of those organizations, but who cares in this society where no one is willing to hear the whole truth?
