KARACHI: Daroo Khan Achakzai, president of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), has welcomed the decision of the prime minister to relocate Pakistan Trade Missions abroad to Egypt, Algeria, Tanzania, Mexico, China, Jordan, Sudan, Chile, Canada, Senegal and Ethiopia, a statement said on Wednesday. The relocation of the trade missions would contribute in exploring the untraditional market for enhancement of exports and investment ties with respective countries, he said.
The relocation is mainly to Africa and South America region, which are big markets with the population of 1.3 billion and 633 million, respectively, having huge potentials for Pakistani products, Achakzai said.
