I passed the test in flying colours, securing 5th position in Zone III but I was not called for an interview. This is the case with other successful candidates as well. Not only was the merit list not publicly displayed – neither on the NTS nor on the local government websites – the selection criterion was also unknown and the weightage of the NTS test was totally ignored. If this is the way to call interviews then why conduct tests in the first place?
