MARDAN: Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan will have four new departments of Pashto, International Relations, Microbiology and Psychology. The approval was given by a meeting of the 12th Syndicate of the university held on Thursday, said a press release. Vice-Chancellor Dr Ihsan Ali presided over the meeting. The meeting also approved minutes of the 11th Syndicate as well as the recommendations of the 30th and 31st Selection Board. The recommendations of the 12th Affiliation Committee were also given the node. Nasreen Azam Khan Hoti, Aziz Khan Khattak, Taj Muhammad, Ejaz Yousafzai, Shakeel Ahmad, Fayaz Ali Shah, Haleema Begum, Dr Khanzadi Fatima, Dr Saeed Islam, Muhammad Zubair, Farhad Safi, Dr Zahid Hussain, Dr Riasat Ali, Aziz Khan, Abdul Ghafoor Baig and Dr Sakhawat Shah were in attendance.
