Cheating in matric exams going on with full impunity

The officials of the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) could not eliminate the cheating culture in the ongoing Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examination 2019.

A number of cheating cases were reported during exams hours on Friday, however, 16 candidates were caught red-handed by the board officials. According to the BSEK official statement, the vigilance team while visiting the Government Boys Secondary School Khuldabad, Landhi caught 6 candidates who were using unfair means in the examination centre.

Centre superintended of The Citizens Foundation Secondary School Quaidabad, Landhi also caught 7 candidates, and BSEK Secretary Syed Muhammad Ali Shaiq along with his vigilance team at the Government Lower Secondary School Lasi Para, Baldia Town caught 3 candidates who were using cheating material during the exams. The secretary also observed mismanagement at the Dawn Public Secondary School, Naval Colony.
