Woman found dead in Ayub Goth

A woman appearing to be around 55 years old was found dead in the bushes near the Sunday Bazaar in the Ayub Goth area, which falls in the jurisdiction of the Sohrab Goth police station. Her body was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for an autopsy and later shifted to the morgue for the purpose of identification. Police officials said that they were trying to ascertain the cause of her death, as no mark of torture or anything else was found on her body. They said that further investigation into the case is under way.
