Traffic problems

This refers to the letter ‘Traffic woes’ (February 18) by Syed Iqbal Ahmed. The writer has rightly talked about the problems faced by commuters because of traffic congestions at various places across Karachi. The long-awaited metro bus system is the need of the hour for residents of Karachi.

The project will no doubt generate huge profit. The authorities concerned should ensure the timely completion of the project so that residents can have a sigh of relief.
