Indian terrorism

This refers to the news report, ‘We have to bring terrorists to deal with terrorists’ (May 24). The Indian defence minister, without mincing words, has directly come out in support of terrorism. In an interview with a private TV channel he said that he found nothing wrong in countering terrorists with proactive terrorism.
This is an open acknowledgement at the highest level that India has adopted terrorism as an instrument of policy. It is also a confirmation that Indian intelligence agencies are behind the gruesome acts of terrorism in Pakistan. Our army chief and minister of defence have already declared that RAW is behind acts of sabotage and terrorism in Balochistan and elsewhere in the country. Now our government, instead of being on the defensive, should take up the Indian support of terrorism aggressively at the UN and other international forums.
