Edhi Ambulance Service shifted 1,765 dead bodies and 3,536 patients from hospitals to their homes during the month of March.
According to Edhi Foundation (Lahore) spokesperson Younis Bhatti, the Ambulance Service shifted 74 bodies and 178, who sustained injuries in accidents to different places.
He said the Edhi Foundation arranged burial of 14 bodies, saying that 298 out of 379 people who were admitted to Balqis Edhi Home (Lahore) were shifted to their homes.
