HAFIZABAD: Sukheke police on Sunday arrested a drug peddler and recovered 6,000 grams charas from his possession. On a tip-off, the police checked a vehicle near Sukheke police Chowki and recovered 6,000 grams charas hidden under the seats of the vehicle. The police also arrested the driver, who was later identified as Shakeel, son of Shah Zaman of Noshera, Manki Sharif. The police have registered a case against him under the Anti-Narcotics Act.
