Two kids burnt alive, 125 houses reduced to ashes

SUKKUR: Two kids were burnt alive, while 125 houses were reduced to ashes in a large inferno erupting due to a short circuit on Sunday. Reports said that a fire was started from a short circuit which soon engulfed the house of Ali Muhammad Sial and his brother Manzoor Sial. The reports said that the villagers reached the spot and tried to control the fire, however, Farida (7) and her brother Wali Muhammad, kids of Ali Muhammad Sial were burnt alive. The Sajawal police said that the fire incident took place at village Bakho Sial, adding that the mother of the kids, Hazoora and her newly born child Sonia were also injured.
