ROs take oath

DIR: District Returning Officer and District Sessions Judge Liaqat Ali Marwat administered oath to the returning officers (ROs) here.

The nominated returning officers (ROs) for the three provincial and one National Assembly’s seats in Upper Dir on Wednesday took oath of the ROs.

A simply ceremony was organised in this regard at the district and session courts office in Dir. District Election Commissioner (DEC) Amjad Ali, judges, lawyers, election office bearers, journalists, and others attended the ceremony. The Upper Dir has three provincial assembly’s constituencies PK-10, 11 and 12 and the only NA seat, NA-5 for which ROs had been nominated by the Election Commission of Pakistan.
