Lahore: The working class of Pakistan staged protest demonstration against Israel on Thursday and condemned the barbaric killings of innocent Palestinian people, including children.
They termed the killings a violation of fundamental rights of Palestinians and breach of the international law. They chanted slogans against Israel’s barbarism. The protest was organised by hundreds of Wapda workers under the aegis of All Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Workers Union CBA.
The protest demonstration was led by veteran trade union leader Khurshid Ahmed along with Rana Abdul Shakoor,Haji Latif, Osama Tariq, Muzaffar Mateen, Maqsood Ahmed, Naveed Dogar and other representatives of the union.
They appealed to the United Nations to condemn the barbaric killing of innocent citizen of Palestine. They demanded the UN and human rights activists play their role to stop the massive killings of Palestinians.
