Killing of Palestinians by Israel flayed

LAHORE: Some activists of Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) Tuesday staging a demonstration protested against Israel for killing peaceful Palestinian protesters and opening US embassy in Jerusalem.

The IJT activists gathered outside the Lahore Press Club and tried to march towards the nearby US Consulate but they were stopped by the police. Carrying banners and placards inscribed with anti-Israel and anti-US slogans, they condemned the killing of innocent Palestinians.

They demanded immediate closure of the US embassy in Jerusalem. They also demanded leaders of the Muslim world to take a united stand against this. Meanwhile, the Imamia Students Organisation (ISO) has planned anti-Israel protests across the country on Wednesday (today).
