PESHAWAR: The ‘Motorcycle Girl’, a movie based on the life and struggle of Zenith Irfan, the first female biker to take a solo journey to Pakistan’s northern areas, is an example of how one can achieve, what seems impossible, through self-belief and firm determination.
The biopic features the feat of Zenith Irfan, a 21-year old girl, who defied the societal shackles and embarked on a motorcycle trip to the Northern Areas of Pakistan to fulfill the dream of her late father to travel to Khunjerab Pass on bike.
Starring Soha Ali Abro and Ali Kazmi, Motorcycle Girl has been directed, written and co-produced by Adnan Sarwar, a talented young director and producer.
Telenor Pakistan has sponsored the movie. The VP Circle South at Telenor, Umair Mohsin, said that Telenor Pakistan has always been a strong advocate of individual empowerment.
“Telenor wants to enable Pakistanis with the power of its data so that they can achieve more and become a better version of themselves,” he added.
Umair Mohsin said the way Zenith turned her father’s dream into a reality by her unwavering resolve and commitment to her passion against all odds should serve as an inspiration for all Pakistanis. The movie was screened in Karachi on April 20.
