Birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) observed

Islamabad: The birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) the beloved grandson of the holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), son of Hazrat Ali (A.S) and Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A) and the leader of martyrs was observed on Friday with religious spirit, fervour and respect in connection with the ongoing Alami Hafta-e-Wila-e-Muhammad-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), says a press release.

On the occasion, programmes of ‘Milad’, conferences, and seminars were held at mosques, ‘Imambargahs’, and ‘Dargahs’. A demonstration of Shia-Sunni unity was shown on the occasion. While addressing to the central programme of Youm-e-Hussain (A.S), Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the evil troika of America, India and Israel along with their stooges is attacking the Islamic world with full force, the Islamic world must demonstrate Hussaini spirit to confront them.
