Terror attack rumour panics college students

MANSEHRA: The rumour about the terrorist attack on Government Degree College for Girls No. 1 panicked the entire city and worried parents rushed to the institution, eyewitnesses said on Saturday.
“The reconstruction work of the block, destroyed in October 8, 2005 earthquake, was in progress when bricks fell on the steel sheets. The noise panicked the girls who ran here and there,” said Prof Yasmeen, the principal of the college. She said the girls students feared and two students jumped from the boundary wall.
DSP Zulfiqar Khan Jadoon said a heavy contingent of police led by him rushed to the college following the rumour.
