KARACHI: Al-Noor Gymkhana and Hamdam Cricket Club won their respective matches in Zone I ‘A’ Division Cricket League.
At UBL Sports Complex, Al-Noor Gymkhana bundled out Nazeer Hussain Gulberg Gymkhana for a paltry total of 80 runs in 22.4 overs with Zakir Ali and Abdul Samad taking four wickets each.
Al-Noor Gymkhana reached the target with seven wickets in hand. Sami Afridi scored 48.At State Bank Sports Complex, Hamdam CC overcame Airport Gymkhana by one wicket in a thrilling finish.
Khursheed Afridi scored 53 runs for Airport Gymkhana. Dildar Azeem took four wickets for Hamdam CC. Abdul Rehman batted well for the winners scoring unbeaten 53 runs.
