Clerks announce protest

NOWSHERA: The district chapter of the All Pakistan Clerks Association on Monday announced to stage a sit-in outside the building of the National Assembly in Islamabad to press the government to accept their demands.The decision was announced after a meeting of the association held with its local leader Ghulam Sarwar in the chair.The participants said that a sit-in outside the National Assembly in Islamabad would be organised tomorrow (Wednesday). The meeting also formed a committee comprising Ghulam Sarwar, Shahid Ali, Faizur Rehman and others for merger of the two groups of clerks in the district.
