Public without transport

Since there is no proper system of public transportation in Karachi, residents have to face countless problems while travelling within the city. Those who do not own any vehicle are the real sufferers. Students, office workers and other people use public transport to reach their destination and face a great deal of trouble irrespective of age and gender. The city government has not paid any attention to the issue even thought it has been highlighted multiple times in the media.

As a result, people are forced to pay a huge amount of fare to auto and taxi drivers. It is the responsibility of the government to provide economical and appropriate transport facilities to citizens so that they can reach their desired destinations easily and safely.
