LAHORE: Police registered a case against a woman and her paramour after her three children were found strangled in a flat at Askari 11 in the DHA area on Saturday.
The victims were identified as four-year-old Ibrahim, six-year-old Fatima and 10-year-old Zain.
The case was registered on the complaint of the children’s father. As per complainant, Aneeka had developed relations with Hassan Mustafa before getting divorce from him and she had killed the children with the help of her paramour.
Earlier, Aneeka had accused Hassan of killing her children by placing a pillow on their faces. Police had arrested Hassan and also taken the woman into their custody for questioning.
It was reported that Aneeka spotted the children dead and raised alarm. Upon being informed, police arrived at the crime scene and removed the bodies to hospital for post mortem.
