It is deplorable how regular employees at a few public-sector organisations are treated as unimportant labour. Harassed and humiliated, the future of regular employees is decided by the retiring or the hiring of contractual employees. It is the contractual employees who decide what jobs should be assigned to them.
These public-sector organisations conveniently disregard the rules and regulations set by the federal government and are instead run as personal fiefdoms of the higher officials. Is there anyone who can take notice of this gross discrimination of public-sector regular employees?
