LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Thursday said Imran Khan should apologise to the whole nation for tacitly justifying and not condemning unconditionally the recent string of shoe-throwing incidents in which politicians were targeted. Talking to media outside the Punjab Assembly, he said, “Respect begets respect” and, therefore, the PTI Chairman and his sidekicks should think twice before justifying such heinous acts. Rana Sana said judging by the response of the ‘Devil of Pindi’, what he said about Sheikh Rashid seemed to have hit a nerve. Sheikh Rashid would be the undisputed kind of the “shoe club” as there were thousands waiting for a chance to give him a piece of their mind, he remarked.
