RDA demolishes illegal under- construction shops

Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) demolished four illegal under construction shops in Mouza Kalyal, Adyala Road here. Following directives of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division/Director General (DG) RDA Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry, RDA’s Building Control Wing has been actively conducting continuous operations against illegal commercial cum residential construction activities including plazas/shops, schools and other illegal land use encroachments within the controlled area of RDA in the city. RDA Land Use and Building Control (LU&BC) Wing’s staff including Superintendent Building Control, Building Inspectors and others with the assistance of police carried out operation.
