Protect employees

We live in a society where there are countless people who can be insensitive and unjust. Such people when placed in power and authority exploit the weak and the vulnerable. This is exactly what is happening in most organisations in our country. Those in charge of governance have no regard for the welfare and betterment of employees. All perks are enjoyed by people in higher positions.

In the past, a rule book was followed across all organisations to protect the rights of employees. Matters like pay raises and promotions were dealt with in an effective manner. We have turn into a society where there is no room for hope. Everything will keep going in the same direction, with no change in sight.
